What data I collect, what for, and how you can ask me to delete it.

What data I collect
On the website, only what you write in the contact form: your name, email, brand or company if you give one, the services you tick and your message. I don’t use my own cookies or any analytics or advertising tools.
Automatic replies on Instagram
If you comment a keyword on a post by @maxwellideas (for example «FORMATOS»), a system of my own reads that comment through the official Instagram API and sends you the link you asked for by private message, and sometimes a public reply to the comment. To do this it only processes your username, the text of the comment and its identifier. A log of the latest messages sent (username, comment and date) is kept so you don’t get the same message twice; it deletes itself over time and is never used for anything else. What I use it for
To reply to your message and, if we end up working together, to prepare the proposal and manage the project. I don’t use it to send you advertising and I don’t pass it on to anyone.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you send the form. You can withdraw it whenever you like.
Who else processes it
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers the form messages and stores the log of the automatic Instagram replies. Instagram (Meta) processes your comments and messages under its own privacy policy. Form messages arrive in my Google mailbox (Gmail). Cloudflare and Google act as data processors and may process data outside the European Union with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
If you choose to write to me on WhatsApp, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy. If you play a video, YouTube or Vimeo may apply theirs: the player only loads when you press play.
How long I keep it
As long as needed to reply to you. If we work together, the period the law requires for managing the project and invoicing.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to hola@maxwellfajardo.com. If you feel I haven’t handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Intellectual property
The photographs, videos and texts on this website belong to Maxwell Fajardo or to his clients. They may not be used without written permission.
